WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR ON THE WEDDING?
We imposed a "Sand between the toes, Elegant" dress code. We want our wedding to be fun yet refined so dressing accordingly will be very much appreciated. Below are some DOs and DONTs to follow:

DOS

Ladies, please DO wear any flowy cocktail or maxi dresses, dressy top with skirt is also acceptable. Since it is in a beach, sandals and flats are preferable but you can also wear wedges just make sure you are comfortable with it.

Gentlemen, DO wear a long-sleeved or half- sleeved button-down shirt in linen trousers/ slacks during ceremony and may change to "Smart Shorts" during reception if desired. In case you still want to wear denim jeans, please make sure that it is in dark shade.

DONTS

- For ladies, please DON'T wear a super mini skirt or dresses that is too revealing. Kindly show some respect to the solemnity of the wedding by wearing decent clothes.

- DON'T wear casual shorts, t-shirts or light denim jeans. This is our wedding day and we will truly appreciate to see some efforts in the way you dress. 

CAN I BRING A DATE?

You may want to bring someone to our wedding, but unless your invitation specifically states the number of seat/s initially reserved for you, please do not do so. We want our guests to be the people who took the time to know us beforehand as a couple so as much as we would like to meet your partner/ fiance/ boyfriend or special friend, we'd rather do all introductions in another time. Please do not surprise us by bringing uninvited guest/s at the last minute, the hotel will have a list of all the attendees and won't allow uninvited to go inside.

HOW ABOUT OUR CHILD/ CHILDREN?

We love children, but our wedding will be an "Adults Only" affair because we want the guests to fully enjoy themselves on our big day. The event will be at the beach side and could end late. We don’t think children will be safe loitering around the beach and would have the energy to party all night, so to avoid any unwanted temper tantrums and stress on your part, it is best to just leave the children at home with a suitable guardian.

WHAT EXACTLY IS RSVP?

For those not familiar with this acronym, RSVP means Repondez s'il vous plait, French for "Please Respond". 

Acuatico Beach Resort can only accommodate limited number of guests and since we will be providing accommodation on the night of the wedding for all confirmed guests, kindly inform us the soonest possible whether or not you could attend our wedding because it would help us finalize the headcount with our hotel/s and caterer. Our priority is to secure rooms for our family and who confirmed the soonest. Please expect to be allocated in other hotels if Acuatico is already full. We will not take it against you if you could not make it, as long as you tell us at least four (4) months before the wedding. It is not easy to arrange accommodation specially as it is peak season. Please no last minute cancellation! We will spend good money to accommodate and make sure that you will enjoy on our wedding and for every no-show; food, accommodation and fun memories will be wasted. If you suddenly show up and your name is not on the guest list, you will be asked to wait until all guests who RSVP-ed have been accommodated or might not be accepted at all and have to find a place to stay for the overnight. During reception, people who are not on the guest list may have to sit at the reserved/ suppliers' table or wait along the sidelines if there are no more seats available which no one wants to experience.

WHAT IF WE WANTED TO STAY IN THE HOTEL BEFORE and/or AFTER THE WEDDING?
As part of our wedding package, we are entitled to a 10% discount for the room/s booked before and/or after our wedding in Acuatico Beach Resort and Acuaverde Resort but in a first come-first save basis only. Due to peak season, the hotels are already getting full as early as October 2014 and we cannot hold rooms till confirmed by giving them a deposit. If you have plans of staying there, please contact us or Revianne to book the rooms the soonest possible or you can also contact the hotel directly and mention to them that you will be attending the wedding to avail the discount. If it happened that both hotels are full or expensive for you, there are also couple of nearby resorts to choose from like Sabangan Resort and Blue Coral but without discount.
